Each ASK Proxima projector is warranted to be free from manufactured defects for a period of 3 years from the date of the original bill of sale and subject to the following conditions below.
ASK Proxima, Inc. Limited Warranty
The following warranty statement applies only to projectors sold in the United States and Canada and to the original purchaser. It is not transferable. Other warranties may apply in different countries.
This warranty is valid only for projectors purchased from an authorized ASK Proxima Inc. dealer or reseller in the United States for a period of 3 years or 3000 hours (Lamp warranty 1 year or 1,000 hours) whichever comes first. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, invoice or other valid document with a date of purchase is required for service to be performed.

This warranty covers only product failures that may result from defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. The warranty does not cover failures that are a result of shipping damage, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modifications, faulty installations, setup adjustments, incorrect adjustments of consumer controls, improper operation, power line surge, incorrect voltage supply, lightning strikes or repair service provided by other than an authorized ASK Proxima service center.
In the event of a failure, ASK Proxima, Inc. will at its sole discretion, repair or replace the projector or any defective parts with a functionally equivalent projector. Defective parts or projectors replaced during the limited warranty period become the property of ASK Proxima, Inc.
Limitations and Exclusions:
The above terms and conditions of this warranty constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ASK Proxima, Inc.
THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ( INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR REVENUE FROM RENTALS OR EXHIBITIONS) IN NOW EVENT SHALL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARRISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THE WARRANT, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PROJECTOR.
Optional Extended Service Plan
An optional extended service plan is available and must be registered on the original date of purchase. This plan includes all normal repairs previously covered by the warranty except lamp. Inbound shipment must be prepaid. Return shipment is included.
